These terms cover your use of PostureLab AI, an iPhone app published by ZeroSix Studio. By using the app you accept them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two disagree, Apple’s prevails.
What the app is
PostureLab AI is a measurement and self-tracking tool. It estimates posture angles from photographs you take — the craniovertebral angle for forward-head posture, plus shoulder and pelvic tilt — scores them, tracks how they change over time, and suggests general corrective exercises based on what it measured.
What the app is not
It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for examination by a physiotherapist, physician or other qualified professional. The numbers it produces are estimates from a photograph, useful mainly as your own baseline and trend; they are not clinical measurements.
Do not use the app to decide whether a symptom needs care. If you have pain, numbness, dizziness, an injury, or any condition affecting your neck or spine, consult a professional — the app’s numbers can be a useful thing to bring to that appointment, and nothing more.
Exercises — use judgement
The exercise programs are general corrective movements, generated from your scan results by a deterministic rule set. No clinician has reviewed your individual case. Perform them within a comfortable range, stop if anything hurts, and get professional clearance first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or have a diagnosed spinal condition. You take part at your own risk.
Subscriptions
Scanning, your posture score and your forward-head angle are free. A Pro subscription unlocks the full breakdown, the personalised program, unlimited scans with trends and comparison, and the all-day AirPods coach. Current prices are shown in the App Store and inside the app, because they differ by country and can change.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple Account. Renewal happens unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Your content
Photos, measurements and notes you create stay yours and stay on your device. We claim no licence over them and cannot access them. Keeping backups is up to you; deleting the app deletes its data.
Acceptable use
Use the app for yourself. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it, and do not use it to provide clinical assessments to other people.
Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”. Features may change between versions, and support for older iOS releases may end. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroSix Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury resulting from exercises performed without professional guidance, or from decisions made on the basis of a measurement the app produced. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country of the publisher’s residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your own country of residence.
